This exotic Egyptian design for the counted cross stitch enthusiast is worked in opulent colors of gold, lapis lazuli , gardent and colored glass to imitate the royal status of this glorious goddess Isis and her Lions. The only goddess worshiped by all Egyptians alike, her influence was widespread and varied. As time went on, many names were used for Isis; at one point in history, she was known as Isis of the 10 thousand names !  Servants are shown below; one carrying papyrus as an offering, one rich delicacies to appease the appetite, and a harp for ceremonial music. Basic heiroglyphs  are on each side column; you'll notice detail after detail as you stitch this treasure !
