Colonial Army Minute Men Crewel Embroidery Kit Drum Fife

Well known artist Doris J Chaconas’ artwork has been reproduced for the crewel embroidery artist in lifelike reproductions of some of the most iconic scenes of the Revolutionary war era. The Continental Army included a group called "The Minute Men" who were among the first people to fight in the American Revolution. Their teams constituted about a quarter of the entire militia. Generally younger and more mobile, they served as part of a network for early response. They’re shown here marching bravely, drums rolling, and fife calling! Part of the historical and hard to find Spirit of (17)76 America Series for Paragon Needlecrafts. This fabulous find arrived in overly shopworn packaging which has been replaced to keep contents clean and ready to work.
