 Ohio artist Diane Arthurs began her career in fashion and advertising and gradually moved toward designing counted cross stitch patterns in the 1990’s. Her advertising background can be seen in the clean lines and elegant arrangements in her needlework designs, like this lovely counted cross stitch sampler that features a proud rooster who rises at sunrise, strutting his stuff in rich, dark colors on soft beige Fiddler cloth.  This picture will add the perfect touch of country charm to any décor.
