The inspirational words of American poet Madeline S. Bridges are lovingly recreated in this Victorian sampler designed for stamped cross stitch on Belgian Linen. Taken from her poem, “Life’s Mirror,” the words “Give to the world the best you have and the best will come back to you” are stitched in block letters surrounded by stylized trees, birds and flowers in Peri-Lusta threads that give the picture an antiqued appearance. This traditional folk art sampler is pre-stamped on fabric  to make a great finish quick and easy. Simply charming!
