In this delicate design for embroidery, two tiny blue birds with bright yellow bellies perch on a branch.  One is calmly gripping the branch between his feet while he gazes hungrily at a cluster of berries just out of reach, while the other bird dangles almost upside-down in his quest for berries.  This little bird is known as a Blue Tit, and is a symbol of love, faith, hope, and honor. You'll work on a lovely polished cotton with a slightly rustic variegated two tone blue/grey, which make the vibrant Anchor stranded cottons stand out and catch the eye, just like these delightful birds!
