Roger W. Reinardy designed this heartfelt and beautiful Christmas stocking that shows a shepherd gazing reverently up at the angel who is bringing the news of Jesus’ birth. The angel flies in front of the shining Christmas Star that illuminates the stable in the distance, while the shepherd shields his eyes. Two fluffy white sheep stand nearby, watching to see what their master will do next.  This stocking is designed for counted cross-stitch in tones of white, brown, and blue for a soothing nighttime scene.
