The patriotic Americana detailing on this exquisite Winter Cornucopia is one of the hardest to find examples of Erica Wilson's early works for the crewel embroidery enthusiast. A Bald Eagle with Olive Branch and Arrows holds a striped shield with stars up above. The eagle is worked in cool aqua tones against a black woven cornucopia horn of plenty. The bright, cheerful evergreens and winter blooms and berries will warm the coldest day with their distinctive, exquisite abundance. Another exceptional design from America's Queen of Stitchery, this Yuletide cornucopia arrived in overly shopworn packaging which has been replaced to keep piece clean and ready to work.
